Bind it to mouse 3 (mouse wheel), open up persistentsettings.json in notepad, go to gameevents, change the 3 to a 1 in the attack move click. Save. All must be done with the client open and then play a custom to make sure its working. Theres some other things to consider binding as well since A move will happen when you click the map or items. ty

I've been having cursor issues as well. Not sure if we have the same problem. Mine just turns into the diamond shape with a dot in the middle. I can just attack and use spells but can't ping for click on the mini map. It only lasts for maybe 4 minutes? But it's rather annoying.. Honestly, I'm surprised that I haven't seen many posts about it.
I have noticed this issue with a lot of the games I play. GW2 I had a big issue with my mouse cursor slipping off my main screen into my second screen. I also have slippage when in combat and its annoying because I can't turn my character or move my character without the mouse cursor slipping or just staying put.

A friend of mine is having some mouse issues, he has the client to play LoL on mac and it works fine but whenever he goes inside a game his mouse cursor disappears until he hovers over a champion then re-appears and disappears once again when he moves his cursor away from the champion. I was wondering if anyone was familiar with this problem
