Another way of curing vampirism is via console commands; open the console and type, setstage 000EAFD5 10. There can be issues with this as well, but those vary. If you are using mods there may be other ways. Cure Disease potions work if you use them BEFORE you reach stage one. After that you have to either become a werewolf or do the side quest
