Then this mod is for you! It changes the CatchUp value of every racer in every race to 0, aswell as changing the difficulty value for HARD to the maximum value - which is 9. Install with Binary. NOTES: - doesn't work for outrun races, as the opponents were not listed and couldn't find other way to disable their catchup.

Heat: gap between first car and tenth car is 4.5% (going by ZombieHead3000' leaderboard) Fun fact: if Underground 1 had F1's rule of 107% then Supra would have been the only car that gets disqualified.
