bnt5574 The new DSG transmission is under pressure and you must release this pressure to fully drain the ATF side of the unit. I figured out how to do this under the transmission module selecting adaption and then selecting oil pressure resevoir emptying. Im with you on the manual transmission on the A4 & S4 but I think the answer would have to be a resounding No. the S4 engine puts out a lot more torque (369 vs 273 lb-ft), so unless you are willing to take a huge gamble on a blown transmission, Iād look for a different car. Lovethe B8 manual in our current ride so looks like the B9 will be great as well. The 2015 A4 is my first Audi and I'm really sold on the brand. Totally reliable, great all round quality and a constant pleasure to drive. Dave.
